As our Head of Learning and Development, Jenny’s role at IMEX Group is varied. She leads on internal learning and development, designing and delivering workshops and online resources. She also coaches and supports teams and individuals to improve how we work together. And manages our professional development and training budget. Before joining us, Jenny was a part-time scientific consultant/data analyst and part-time career coaching business owner. Outside IMEX, Jenny enjoys exercise, and the post-exercise reward of good food (often with good company).
