The second day of IMEX America 2024 swung into action with a wide range of integrated well-being activities designed to energize attendees ahead of a busy and productive day of meetings.
Participants at the leading global meetings and event industry show took advantage of some ‘sweat-working’ at a pickleball court, sponsored by Visit Seattle. This is just one exhibitor activation among hundreds of well-being options this year, all designed to show event planners how they can blend health and well-being into their own events while sparking joy and having fun.
The Inspiration Hub, home to show floor education, also has a dedicated well-being track. This year’s edition of IMEX America featured over 50 well-being sessions, all designed to help attendees leave feeling as refreshed as when they arrived, reinforcing the point that resting and recharging are foundational to business performance.
