Roger is Senior Operations & Sustainability Executive at IMEX Group. He works closely with our sustainability partners, isla and MeetGreen, ensuring sustainability is embedded in everything we do at IMEX.

Roger is an active member of several industry groups, including the EIC Sustainability and Social Impact Committee, the AEO Sustainability Working Group, and the Better Stands organizers’ working group. He also leads IMEX’s Green Squad—a team of colleagues from across departments who champion sustainability initiatives within the business and at both of our shows.

His commitment to sustainable business practices is shaped by previous roles at the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and Alternative Bank Switzerland, a financial institution founded on social and ecological principles.

Outside of IMEX, Roger enjoys spending time in nature and gardening. He’s also a fan of coffee and cake—whether homemade or from one of Brighton’s many great cafés.
